Ingredients

  • 2 Sweet Potatoes

  • 1 TBS Garlic Powder

  • 1 TBS Italian Seasoning

  • Avocado oil spray

Directions

Slice sweet potato in half and spray with avocado oil. Season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Cook at 380F for 19 minutes and Voila!
