Air fryer rice paper wraps - chicken edition
Ingredients
2 rice papers (makes 2 wraps)
1/2 a carrots
1/4 cup red cabbage
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 chicken breast (see my lemon pepper chicken breast recipe)
Directions
Slice your carrots long and thin, chop up your red cabbage and cilantro. Cut your chicken breast into small bite size pieces. Take your rice paper and soak it in water, don’t leave it too long. Place all your ingredients in your rice paper, wrap it up, Spray the outside with olive oil spray! Cook in the air fryer for 9 minutes at 380F. Voila!
