He is my ROCK

This guy right here is my absolute rock. He has been the biggest supporter of every new idea I ever had. So when I told him I wanted to loose weight, put it on social media, and ask people to hold me accountable. He said: “Babe, got for it! That’s a great idea”.

We all need someone like that on this journey because this journey isn’t easy, as a matter of fact, it’s incredibly HARD. I have accomplished so much in my life. I worked my way up and became an executive in a very large company before I hit 30 and had three beautiful daughter at the same time. But for the life of me, I have never been able to loose weight and sustain it.

If you don’t have someone to talk to, to cry with, to laugh with. I don’t know how you do this. You all need to go out and find your Bryan! LOL. We all need a shoulder to lean on when things get tough. I am lucky enough to have my husband be that person.
