Exercise Is a Part of my Life
I can actually say, that exercise is now a part of my life.
I always wanted to live an active healthy life, but I never thought I would be able to. That is the truth. I couldn’t wrap my head around getting up every day an exercising. Now I can’t imagine living a life without it.
This DID NOT happen overnight. I started 10 months ago with 10-15 minute walks on the treadmill, and honnestly after that 10-15 minutes, my feet were extremely sore and I was sweating. I slowly increased my exercise, from 3 days a week to 4 and then to 5.
Then I joined Orangetheory fitness, well, I felt very uncomfortable and out of place for the first 2 months. I was always the slowest in the room (and the largest), but the coaches kept me going.
Now I run almost every day, sometimes I walk, I am lifting weights and I am feeling strong and healthy. This did not happen overnight, and I wasn’t in any rush. I took the time I needed.
